a)candidates who have obtained the national scientific qualification pursuant to art. 16 of Law 240/2010 for the competition sector corresponding, on the basis of the tables in Annex B to Ministerial Decree 639/2024, to the scientific-disciplinary group which is the subject of this selection procedure, and for the functions which are the subject of the procedure;
